1. General Conduct
- Behave respectfully towards all residents, staff, and visitors.
- Maintain quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Avoid loud music or disruptive behavior during this time.
- Drugs, alcohol, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
2. Cleanliness and Hygiene
- Residents must keep their rooms and shared areas clean.
- Garbage should be disposed of in the designated bins.
- Cooking is only allowed in common kitchen areas. Personal cooking appliances (hot plates, kettles) are not allowed in individual rooms.
- Food and refrigerators must be stored in shared kitchens or approved areas.
3. Safety and Security
- Carry your dormitory ID at all times and present it upon request by security staff.
- Visitor access is restricted after 9:00 PM, and all visitors must leave by 10:00 PM.
- Keep fire exits clear. Tampering with fire safety equipment is strictly prohibited.
- Any damage to property or theft will result in disciplinary actions.
4. Room Regulations
- Room changes are only allowed with management approval.
- Decorations are allowed but should not cause permanent damage (no nailing, painting). Any damages will result in fines.
- Turn off lights, heaters, and other electrical devices when not in use to save energy.
5. Prohibited Items
- No weapons, hazardous materials, or flammable substances are allowed on the premises.
- Pets are not permitted in the dormitory.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the dormitory building.
6. Disciplinary Actions
- Violations of these rules may result in fines, warnings, or expulsion from the dormitory.
- Repeat offenses will be escalated to university administration for further actions.
